Big South Fork - Twin Arches Backpacking Trip Day 1

Day 1:

I had an incredible time during my first visit to Big South Fork National River & Recreation Area! There was so much to see and do, so I had to limit my trip to just one area that looked interesting in my research before the trip. I decided to hike down to the Twin Arches area of the park, then down to a nearby creek and do some back country camping. The following morning I hiked through the rest of the loop, back up into some amazing areas of the park with huge rock formations.

That night after dinner I decided to do some painted light photography of this little mushroom near my camp site. It kind of looks like a little street light!
